I help businesses and individuals design and build AI tools, data platforms, apps, and games. I bring over 20 years of technical experience, including work at Meta, GM, and Verizon, and I care a lot about how things look and feel to the people using them.
Whatever the project, the goal is the same: something people enjoy using that gets you results.
Custom LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and automation pipelines that take repetitive work off your team's plate.
Dimensional modeling, modern data stack architecture (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks), and automated insight generation.
Research-informed interfaces, prototypes, and design systems that make complex tools feel simple and give people a reason to come back.
Full-stack web and mobile applications built to be easy to maintain and pleasant to use.
Product strategy, architecture, and MVP development to get your idea launched, plus a plan for growing it.
Unity/C# games and interactive experiences, from concept and design doc to a polished release, for studios, brands, and independent creators.
HR metrics platforms, workforce intelligence systems, and executive dashboards built for enterprise HR and people teams. It's my deepest specialty, including work at Meta and GM.
I've shipped production AI systems, designed data architectures from scratch, and built the analytics layers that executive teams rely on to make decisions.
I've worked across the full data spectrum: product analytics, business intelligence, consumer-facing UX, and workforce intelligence platforms for Fortune 50 enterprises. People analytics is one of my deepest specializations, and the same modeling, architecture, and analysis skills carry over to any domain.

I'm Andy. I've spent over 20 years building things that make organizations run smoother than they realize: AI integrations, data platforms, apps, interfaces, and games. Most of it runs quietly in the background and saves people a lot of time.
My background cuts across Fortune 50 enterprises and scrappy startups shipping their first product. I've worked in telecom, automotive, and tech, across product analytics, business intelligence, consumer UX, data engineering, and ML. I like the full stack of the problem: the architecture, the analysis, the moment a system clicks into place.
People analytics is where I've done some of my deepest work: building workforce intelligence platforms, embedding AI into the tools HR teams live in, and designing data models that hold up at enterprise scale. The same rigor applies to product, operations, finance, consumer experience. Good data architecture doesn't care what domain it's in.
Outside client work, I'm building a creator economy platform, writing about data and analytics, and (when the kids aren't stealing the TV) deep in a Unity project or rewatching Gundam. Building things for fun keeps me sharp for client work.
Startup founder who needs a technical co-pilot. Small business ready to put AI to work. People team buried in spreadsheets. Creator with an app or game idea. I take on a small number of projects at a time so each one gets my full attention.
